Dr. Irving Pascal MBBS, FRCS Ed

Consultant ENT Surgeon (Otolaryngology)

Dr. Pascal obtained his undergraduate degree, MBBS, from the University of the West Indies in 1986. He subsequently did Postgraduate training in Surgery of the Ear, Nose and Throat (Otolaryngology) in France and in the UK, where he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh ( FRCS Ed) in his specialty. With many years of experience in ENT surgery Dr. Pascal offers his specialist expertise in several Caribbean islands, including his native Island Dominica, as well as in Anguilla and here in the BVI.

Dr. Pascal visits the BVI monthly and holds clinic at Eureka. He performs ENT surgery at the Bougainvillea Clinic.

Dr. Pascal performs a large range of surgical procedures on the Ears, Nose and Throat, including Thyroid and other operations on the neck By choosing Dr. Pascal for ENT services here in the BVI patients have the following advantages, which were hitherto not available to them:

1. Acceptance of their Medical Insurance upfront by the clinic for coverage of the ENT Surgeon’s fees, i.e., same as with seeing other Eureka based doctors.

2. Patients can now have any necessary ENT surgery performed right here in the BVI rather than having to go off-island for it. Having surgery done here in BVI is also more convenient and less expensive than say having it in USVI or in Puerto Rico.
