Dr. Cyril F. Halbert,

Trained in plastic surgery at Case Western Reserve and University Hospitals of Cleveland, Dr. Cyril Franklyn Halbert is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. In practice for over 15 years, Dr. Halbert has practiced in Atlanta and Canada and is now expanding to the Caribbean.

Dr. Halbert is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Halbert received his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

He completed his general surgery residency at New York Medical College and then worked as a Surgical Registrar at University Hospitals Nottingham, UK, specializing in Breast Surgical Oncology and Reconstruction.

Dr. Halbert returned to New York and completed a year fellowship in Burn Surgery and Critical Care at the New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Halbert performs

• Reconstructive plastic surgery on patients who have broken bones in the face, complex and elective hand and wrist injuries, skin cancer and congenital abnormalities
